Job summary

Duruper is seeking experienced Analyzer Technicians to perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of on-line analyzers in Oil & Gas facilities in Doha. You will handle preventive and predictive maintenance, support shutdown activities, and ensure compliance with QHSE standards.

Strong reading of technical drawings and control systems is essential, as is the ability to coordinate with engineers and operations for maintenance planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience maintaining on-line analyzers in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Refinery sectors.
• Hands-on installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of analyzer systems.
• Knowledge of analyzer sample conditioning systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Familiarity with work permits, shutdown maintenance, and industrial safety practices.
• Strong understanding of QHSE procedures and safe work practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of on-line analyzers and associated equipment.
• Carry out routine preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct functional checks, verification tests, calibration, and test runs after maintenance.
• Support major shutdown, turnaround, and analyzer system modification activities.
• Install new analyzer systems, sample conditioning systems, and associated instrumentation.
• Diagnose equipment faults and implement corrective actions to ensure system reliability.
• Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, reports, and equipment history.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved procedures, work permits, and QHSE requirements.
• Participate in HSE meetings, safety programs, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and operations teams for maintenance planning and execution.
• Follow company safety policies and perform duties in an environmentally responsible manner.
