Job summary

A leading energy company is seeking an experienced professional to manage cost estimation and advice for capital and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, specializing in cost estimation, with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Process engineering, along with PMP or CCP certifications, is required for this role based in Mesaieed, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years oil and gas experience in cost estimation, contractor interface, planning and costing.
• Excellent oral and written English, communication combined with good presentation skills.
• Experience in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage independent cost estimation for various capital projects.
• Execute cost estimates for in-house plant modifications.
• Optimize and improve refinery processes and production.
