Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in an office environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing safety regulations and work standards.
• Conducting performance reviews and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Providing feedback and coaching to staff.
• Monitoring workflow, progress and results.
• Ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures.
• Identifying potential operational issues and taking corrective action as required.
• Maintaining positive working relationships with staff and other departments.
