Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely updates to leadership. The position requires extensive PM experience, proficiency with MS Project or Clarizen, and a track record of leading diverse teams across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects and managing stakeholders.
• PM tools proficiency: MS Project or Clarizen.
• Diverse teams experience and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and execution, monitor progress, organize reviews.
• Manage project financials including budgeting and reporting.
• Develop business cases and justify investments for initiatives.
• Drive roadmaps aligned with MRO Business Development goals.
• Ensure end-to-end execution across MRO functions with stakeholders.
• Act as central contact for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor compliance with charters, SLAs, and contracts; support invoicing and vendor management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; document risks and escalation paths.
• Govern and improve the MRO project management framework and governance.
• Promote best practices and provide training across teams.
• Perform other duties as directed by Head of Department.
• Establish and review department objectives and priorities.
• Oversee staff; recruit, train, and develop talent.
• Contribute to national talent development and succession planning.
