Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (MEP) to lead multidisciplinary coordination for a landmark hospitality and entertainment development in Qatar. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, fire and life-safety systems, and themed entertainment interfaces from design through handover, ensuring technical integrity and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP engineering design, technical coordination, or PMC for large hospitality/entertainment projects.
• Professional Engineer, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent registration preferred.
• GCC experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and multidisciplinary coordination for MEP systems throughout design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate MEP interfaces between Lead Design Consultant, Architect of Record, and other stakeholders to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Review engineering reports, calculations, shop drawings, and change requests to manage risks and optimize design.
• Support BIM coordination and multidisciplinary model coordination to ensure integrated solutions.
