Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer (Civil) to oversee civil, structural, and infrastructure coordination for a landmark Theme Park and Entertainment development in Qatar. You will drive technical oversight across design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with architects, lead designers, contractors, and utility providers.

The role requires strong multi-disciplinary coordination, familiarity with international codes, and a track record

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering design, technical coordination, or PMC roles for large hospitality, entertainment, or destination developments.
Demonstrated experience coordinating large-scale civil infrastructure and site development works.

Responsibilities

Provide technical engineering support across all project phases from design to handover.
Coordinate civil, structural, infrastructure, and external works interfaces with design teams and contractors.
Review designs, shop drawings, and technical submissions for constructability and compliance.
Support BIM coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary model coordination.
Monitor progress and resolve technical issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality.
