Danem Engineering Works W.L.L, a mechanical engineering firm, seeks an experienced professional to manage complex projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities include leading projects, developing plans, monitoring budgets and schedules, coordinating across EPC teams, and ensuring HSE and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 18–20 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification desirable.
• EPC/project execution experience in large engineering environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical/engineering projects from initiation through execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress, costs, timelines, quality requirements, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractor, and site activities.
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable HSE, quality, contractual, and technical requirements.
• Manage project risks, variations, delays, and corrective actions to protect project objectives.
• Conduct progress reviews and communicate project status to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure timely resolution of technical and execution issues.
