Job summary

QatarEnergy Qatarization is seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer to provide technical design and engineering services for all assigned projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality work in line with QatarEnergy procedures, while balancing quality, schedule, cost and HSE.

You should have at least 10 years post-graduate experience, including 6 years in oil and gas, with expert proficiency in static or piping disciplines, and strong knowledge of applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years post graduate experience, including 6 years in Oil & Gas
• Expert-level competency in at least one discipline (static or piping)
• Experience identifying and applying engineering standards, international codes, and company standards
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design and engineering services for mechanical projects.
• Ensure technical quality per QatarEnergy procedures, balancing quality, schedule, cost and HSE.
• Support FEED, EPIC, and site/plant operations as required.
