Qualifications:
- 8 years experience in oil and gas, petrochemical industry, power energy industry in planning and spare parts management.
- Higher National Diploma in Engineering.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong computer literacy.
Task Description:
- Prepare and develop periodic reports for critical and urgent materials identified by end users and facilitate meetings for tracking, follow-up, and information sharing for all stakeholders.
- Resolve requests arising as part of procurement processes in liaison with Procurement, Engineering teams, and end users.
- Support in the procurement of required emergency materials identified by end users for onshore routine maintenance activities.
- Assist in the purchase/replenishment of capital, insurance, and repairable materials required for onshore routine maintenance as per approved procedures.
- Update Material Master and Bill of Materials based on requests from end users, supporting division objectives.
- Support material Write-on and Write-off, WRD (MRS), preservation of stock material, and project handover processes to facilitate warehouse material management.
- Assist in technical clarification, local and external repair, and material return processes for onshore routine maintenance materials.
- Support Baker Hughes (BH) Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) materials management.
- Monitor project spares readiness to ensure safe, reliable start-up and lifecycle maintenance spares of new facilities.
- Coordinate between PMT, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve material requirements during project and operational phases.
