Job summary

QatarEnergy seeks a highly experienced Marine Master/Pilot to oversee safe and efficient export operations from Halul Terminal and nearby offshore fields. You will advise internal teams and JV partners on best practices, regulatory compliance, and voyage planning.

The role requires a Class I Master certificate, extensive pilotage experience, and deep knowledge of MARPOL, ISM, ISGOTT, and current maritime law. You will lead local Marine activities and ensure adherence to international standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in international maritime operations and pilotage.
• Strong knowledge of MARPOL, ISM, ISGOTT and navigation laws.
• Eligibility to obtain Class I Certificate of Competence and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor marine activities and ensure regulatory compliance in Halul areas.
• Provide specialized marine support to QatarEnergy departments and JV partners.
• Assist in shipping operations and regulatory compliance training.
