Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent.
• IGP, CIP or CDMP highly preferred.
• 10 years in Data Warehouse and information management with 3+ years in supervision.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and implementation of Data & Security policies and procedures.
• Oversee centralized data warehouse design, development and maintenance.
• Define and implement an enterprise data governance framework.
• Develop guidance on information/data architecture requirements.
• Plan, assign and prioritize work across division teams.
• Establish KPI metrics and monitor performance at the section level.
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection across PHCC systems.
• Promote staff learning and continuous process improvement.
