Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment usage, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations including room cleaning, laundry services, and public areas.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective work practices.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and order as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of hotel operations.
• Prepare reports on departmental budget, expenses and performance.
