Responsibilities :

• Handle complex litigation matters and provide expert legal advice to clients in accordance with Qatari law.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations, ensuring their interests are well-represented.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of legal developments, changes in legislation, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Juris Doctor ( degree or Qualifying LLB or equivalent.
• Admission to the bar in Qatar.
• Minimum of 15 years of overall legal experience, with at least 5 years of practicing law in Qatar.
• In-depth knowledge of Qatari law, particularly in the areas of litigation and real estate.
• Proven experience in legal drafting, with fluency in Arabic for drafting and communication purposes.
• Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Arabic is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical legal practice.
