AtkinsRéalis Group is seeking a Senior HSEW Engineer to lead health, safety, environment and wellbeing on industrial and Data Centre projects in Qatar. The role requires monitoring site activities, implementing HSEW policies, conducting inspections, risk assessments, investigations, and training programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12+ years of HSE experience and preferred certifications (NEBOSH Level 6, IOSH, OSHA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of HSE experience in industrial or Data Centre projects.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Level 6, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure HSE compliance.
• Carry out risk assessments and develop mitigation measures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; prepare corrective action reports.
• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks to site personnel.
• Ensure contractor adherence to project HSEW requirements and PPE protocols.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate emergency drills and contribute to preparedness initiatives.
• Promote wellbeing and a positive safety culture.

## Senior HSEW Engineer - Industrial / Data Center projectsApply: QA - Qatar: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 18, 2026 (4 days left to apply): R-165886### **Job Description**## Overview The Senior HSEW (Health, Safety, Environment & Wellbeing) Engineer is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace.
