Job summary

Milaha Offshore & Marine is seeking a senior HSE & Quality leader to drive the management systems across offshore operations. You will ensure ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance, lead risk assessments, audits, and KPI monitoring, and guide project teams in safety-critical diving and ROV activities.

The role requires 8–10 years in HSE/Quality, offshore project experience, and formal qualifications such as NEBOSH/IOSH, lead auditor status, and BOSIET readiness.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant HSE/Quality experience, preferably in offshore projects.
• Strong hands-on exposure to Diving and ROV operations.
• Experience with HIRAs, HAZID/HAZOP, SIMOPS, SWIFT, and safety cases.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001, IMCA and IOGP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HSE and Quality management across Milaha Offshore & Marine operations.
• Drive compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001; manage risk, audits and KPI monitoring.
• Develop and review HIRAs, HAZID, HAZOP, SIMOPS, SWIFT, and Emergency Response Plans.
• Ensure dive and ROV operations are risk-assessed and executed by competent personnel.
• Maintain client reporting tools and drive continuous improvement to meet targets.
• Conduct site visits and support corrective actions with Line Managers.
• Provide safety training and lead behavioural safety initiatives.
