QatarEnergy LNG is seeking a senior HSE&Q professional to establish safety, health, environment and security plans for its mega NFPS project, ensuring safe execution across onshore and offshore works in line with HSE&Q Policies.

You will review contractor HSE&Q systems, support recruitment and deployment of safety resources, drive KPI reporting, and coordinate with PMT and SMEs to implement corrective actions and incident investigations.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years as an HSE&Q/SHE&S professional with supervisory experience.
• Experience in oil & gas, construction, marine or similar industries managing engineering, construction and commissioning projects.
• Worldwide EPC contractor experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set expectations for HSE&Q management and safety resources on mega projects (onshore and offshore).
• Develop PMS plans and deliverables for project studies up to Concept stage; support HSE requirements for ITT tender.
• Assist staffing, onboarding and deployment of Safety Management resources on projects.
