• Minimum 3 years as a House Manager in a large household.

Responsibilities

• Manage all household staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Oversee all aspects of the household's daily operations
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and groceries
• Create weekly schedules for staff and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Coordinate with outside contractors for maintenance or repairs
• Plan and organize events or parties hosted by the household
• Communicate effectively with family members to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure the smooth running of all household systems such as security, heating/cooling, etc.
• Handle any administrative tasks related to the household
