House Manager (Indian Nationality Preferred) - Ar-Ruwais, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residence in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in house management and be able to manage a team of staff while providing excellent customer service. This position offers on-site accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and training staff members, including cleaners, drivers and gardeners
• Ensuring that the residence is kept clean and presentable at all times
• Overseeing the daily running of the residence, including dealing with maintenance issues and security
• Liaising with external contractors and suppliers
• Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed
• Maintaining a polite atmosphere throughout the residence
• Dealing with any complaints or requests from guests or residents in a timely fashion
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures regarding the running of the residence
• Keeping accurate records such as staff rosters, maintenance logs and other relevant documents

Qualifications
