2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Heavy Vehicle Mechanic in Qatar to diagnose, repair and maintain multi-brand heavy trucks and buses.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with laptop diagnostics, diesel engines, transmissions and hydraulic systems. You will work on Mercedes-Benz Actros as a must-have, plus exposure to Mitsubishi Fuso, Ashok Leyland, Tata Heavy Vehicles and Eicher.

Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in heavy vehicle repair and maintenance.
3+ years as a Senior/Independent Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.
Proficient with Mercedes-Benz Actros; experience with other brands preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair heavy commercial vehicles using OEM and multi-brand diagnostic tools.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, ECU, and CAN Bus system faults.
Perform engine, gearbox, differential, clutch, and transmission overhauls.
Repair hydraulic braking, steering, suspension, and auxiliary systems.
Interpret wiring diagrams, fault codes, and technical manuals.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy vehicles.
Provide breakdown and roadside assistance when required.
Maintain accurate service records and job cards.
Ensure compliance with workshop safety and quality standards.
Mentor junior technicians and support technical training.
