Job summary

UBS invites a skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join the Wealth Management Private Clients (WMPC) team in Doha. You will develop and support in-house applications, ensuring best-in-class quality and stability for the WMPC platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with focus on Cloud and Spring Boot microservices
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on development experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong Java stack expertise with TypeScript/React and modern SDLC practices

Responsibilities

• Software development and maintenance for multiple software components.
• Analyze business requirements for WMPC stakeholders.
• Design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages.
• Provide technical expertise for new projects and initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews and test software; participate in architecture and SDLC phases.
• Ensure operational controls for moving from test to production.
• Support and maintain existing tools and technologies.
