The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fit-out estimating, with strong English communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to price analysis and risk identification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fit-out industry with estimation experience.
• Knowledge of the full tender process and value engineering.
• Experience analysing trade comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Receive contract enquiries and plan action to price within deadlines.
• Clarify scope with clients to ensure quote accuracy.
• Lead full tender process, including site visits and tender committee meetings.
• Request supply chain inputs to secure best prices and suitable suppliers.
• Analyze supply chain quotes and negotiate costs considering material and manufacturing rates.
• Prepare tender analysis information for internal review and client presentation.
