Job summary

QatarEnergy LNG is seeking an experienced environmental professional to lead permitting activities for major projects, including development of Environmental Application and Scoping Study and GHG data analysis.

You will coordinate with project teams and third-party providers to ensure timely permit delivery, manage emissions data reporting, and drive CSR initiatives aligned with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
• 8 years’ experience in oil and gas, process or petrochemical industries including 5 years in environmental management.
• Experience with international environmental standards and regulations, best-practice management.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental permitting and develop Environmental Application/Scoping Study.
• Develop content for Environmental Application and Scoping Study with project team.
• Communicate project details to third-party providers for timely environmental permits.
• Analyse and verify GHG emissions data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Lead CSR programs and advise on GHG/flaring data for corporate KPIs.
