Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business process flows.

Drive the full solution lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.

Design and develop reusable components using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) and extend Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, plugins, custom workflow activities, and Azure Functions.

Collaborate directly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements, present solution options, and deliver customer-centric outcomes.

Guide data migration and integration efforts including the creation of Data Entities and Data Projects.

Engage in performance tuning, solution optimization, and ensuring alignment with best practices and Microsoft’s roadmap.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, contributing to strategic planning and solution roadmaps.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.

Proven expertise in at least one or more D365 modules: Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Marketing.

Strong experience in solution architecture and enterprise-grade implementation.

Hands-on experience with PCF development, custom controls, and client-side scripting.

Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 data model, Common Data Service (Dataverse), and security model.

Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

Familiarity with integration using Azure services (APIM, Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).

Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET / .NET Core, and strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.

Experience in working with Microsoft Dataverse APIs, web resources, and third-party integrations.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of working in customer-facing roles, managing client expectations, and handling high-pressure environments.

Familiarity with portal development and external system integration.

Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, MB-210, MB-230) are highly desirable.
