Job summary
WorkWavez in Qatar seeks a Senior Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead enterprise architecture initiatives. You will drive architecture across D365 CRM, Dataverse, and Azure, designing scalable solutions and secure integrations for critical business applications.
The role requires 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM, plus strong leadership and documentation skills to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure high availability and disaster
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with identity and access management.
- Ability to design scalable enterprise solutions and integrate apps.
- Lead architecture documentation and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with Azure cloud and Dataverse integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Engagement.
- Design and manage Dynamics 365 CRM customisations, plugins, workflows, and security roles.
- Architect Microsoft Dataverse solutions and enterprise application environments.
- Design and implement Microsoft Azure cloud architecture.
- Develop REST API, messaging, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Coordinate Databricks and enterprise data-platform integrations.
- Implement identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
- Support OAuth 2.0, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
- Prepare solution architecture documentation and technical specifications.
- Design solutions addressing high availability and disaster recovery.
- Provide technical leadership and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
