Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
• 12+ years of professional experience in drainage engineering or related infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in drainage system design and hydraulic modeling.
• Proficiency with CAD software and engineering design tools.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar building codes and local environmental standards.
• Experience managing projects within budget and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and independently complete drainage system elements for engineering works.
• Perform detailed hydraulic calculations, modeling, and testing to validate performance.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level engineers.
• Prepare technical documentation, design drawings, and reports using CAD tools.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Manage project timelines and budgets with minimal supervision.
