Job summary

Linnk Group is seeking a Senior Digital Banking Manager in Qatar with hands-on experience in digital banking platforms, technical architecture, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a track record of launching digital banking or neobanking platforms and managing complex technical projects across banking environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital banking, platform development, or technical project management.
• Experience launching a digital banking/neobanking/mobile banking platform from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of core banking APIs, cloud architecture, microservices, and secure onboarding.
• Hands-on experience with digital banking platforms, OAuth, biometrics, authentication standards, and payment ecosystems.
• Experience coordinating with regional financial regulators and implementing regulatory requirements.
• Arabic communication skills are mandatory; English communication is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of digital banking platforms, including mobile apps and online portals.
• Manage integrations with core banking systems and third-party FinTech APIs, including payments and KYC/AML solutions.
• Drive digital banking projects from inception through implementation and launch.
• Define technical roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Manage vendors, technology partners, and external consultants while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with financial regulators and ensure platforms meet applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data residency, cybersecurity, consumer protection, AML/KYC, and risk controls.
• Coordinate security assessments, penetration testing, audits, and remediation activities.
