Job summary

Linnk Group seeks a Project Manager – Digital Banking to lead the end-to-end technical setup, architecture integration, and regulatory alignment of next-generation digital banking solutions. You will act as the technical SME across IT, product teams, external vendors, and regulators.

Job Title: Project Manager – Digital Banking

The Senior Digital Banking Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end technical setup, architecture integration, and regulatory alignment of next-generation digital banking solutions, serving as the technical SME across IT, product teams, external vendors, and regulatory stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of digital banking platforms, including mobile applications, online portals, middleware, and core banking integrations.
• Drive high-impact digital banking projects from inception to launch, managing technical roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery requirements.
• Manage third-party FinTech vendors and integrations, ensuring platform performance, scalability, security, and adherence to agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with regulatory and compliance stakeholders to ensure digital banking solutions meet Qatar Central Bank requirements, cybersecurity, data residency, AML/KYC, and consumer protection standards.

Experience Required: 7+ years of experience in digital banking, platform development, or technical project management, with proven experience launching a major digital banking, neobanking, or mobile platform from the ground up.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of core banking APIs, cloud architecture, microservices, secure digital onboarding, authentication standards, and payment ecosystems.
• Hands-on regulatory coordination experience, with exceptional stakeholder management and bilingual communication skills; Arabic is mandatory and English is a strong advantage.
