R.E.A.L Roastery in Doha, Qatar, seeks an experienced Coffee Equipment Technician to service high-end commercial machines across hospitality sites. You will troubleshoot, install, calibrate, and maintain espresso equipment, grinders, and related systems, with emphasis on reliability and quality.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of commercial coffee equipment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
• Extensive espresso machine and grinder calibration experience.
• Proven boiler system diagnosis/repair across single, heat-exchanger and dual-boiler configurations.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and manufacturer troubleshooting guides.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and troubleshoot on-site complex equipment issues.
• Install, configure, test, and commission equipment at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration checks.
• Repair and replace faulty components.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support as needed.
• Maintain service records, equipment histories, and part inventories.
