Job description

My client, a highly reputable organisation are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Advisor with an LNG focus to join them and play a critical role in optimising LNG commercial strategies, asset management, and value chain performance within their organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
– Support LNG business strategy and asset plans
– Collaborate with asset operators and partners to drive commercial success
– Negotiate and develop key agreements (SPA, HOA, Term Sheets, JVAs, etc.)
– Conduct economic evaluations and risk assessments
– Act as a commercial focal point in JV operations
– Stay ahead of global LNG and gas market developments

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Engineering, etc.) – MSc or MBA is a plus
– 10+ years of experience in LNG liquefaction, marketing, sales, shipping, and/or terminals
– Strong expertise in economic evaluation, commercial strategy, and negotiations
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
– Experience working within large, multinational organisations
