Grade 113 Psych | Total Monthly Salary : 24,875 QAR | Non-Negotiable

Structured as follows :

• Basic Salary : 23,625 QAR
• Transport Allowance : 1,250 QAR

Additional Benefits (over and above the total monthly salary) :

• Flight Tickets : Economy Class - For employee, spouse, and up to 3 children aged 5–18 (annual, joining & repatriation)

Overseas Hiring :

Must be fluent in English. Bilingual candidates preferred (Arabic and English).

Education :

Master's degree in clinical psychology.

Licensing :

Must hold a valid home-country license.

Must be eligible for registration and licensing in the State of Qatar.

Essential Experience

6+ Years in Clinical Psychology field (with experience in supervised training in both inpatient / outpatient settings).

Specialize in CBT, Basic DBT, Super specialty in CAMHS, Forensics or Old Age, Psychological Trauma care.

• Apply evidence-based treatments, including CBT and basic DBT, across diverse populations
• Contribute to treatment planning, multidisciplinary collaboration, and case review
• Supervise or mentor junior clinical staff as required
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and psychological service development
• Engage in continuing education and contribute to clinical knowledge-sharing
