Job summary

ABK for Projects & Development is seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Civil to lead large-scale civil and commercial projects in Doha. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 12–20 years of experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in project management software. Excellent coordination with clients, consultants, and authorities is essential for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 12–20 years of experience as a Construction Manager – Civil.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• PDA certification and valid driving license are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of civil construction projects in Doha from initiation to handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
