Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in network and security management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
• Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Excellent knowledge of BGP, OSPF, L2/L3 switching, VLANs, QoS, MPLS, and IP networking.
• Experience with Cisco Wireless Controllers and Access Points.
• Experience with network monitoring, security, and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of load balancing and ISP/WAN connectivity.
• Familiarity with AI-powered network monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting tools.
• Understanding of AI-assisted security monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive network analytics.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to network incidents.
• Willingness to participate in on-call support when required.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain Cisco network infrastructure and L2/L3 switching.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP and OSPF routing.
• Manage and maintain Palo Alto firewalls, security policies, VPNs, and security events.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless Controllers and Access Points.
• Manage LAN/WAN, IP networking, MPLS, and ISP connectivity.
• Support load balancing, QoS, and network performance optimization.
• Monitor network availability, performance, and security and proactively resolve network issues.
• Troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Use network monitoring and security tools to identify network anomalies, performance issues, and potential security threats.
• Utilize AI-assisted troubleshooting and automation tools to improve diagnostics, configuration, and incident resolution.
• Support AI-driven solutions for network optimization, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and security monitoring.
• Conduct network performance assessments and recommend improvements.
• Ensure network infrastructure is secure, reliable, scalable, and highly available.
• Provide technical support and guidance to IT teams and end users.
• Maintain network documentation, configurations, and technical procedures.
• Participate in on-call network support when required.
