Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking an experienced Catering Service Leader to oversee a high-volume food production outlet in Qatar. The role emphasizes leadership, compliance with food safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field, extensive catering management experience, and strong knowledge of SAP ERP. A proven ability to coordinate large teams and improve service outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of legislative requirements relating to the catering industry.
• Working knowledge of codes of practice/legislation and quality assurance systems.
• Food hygiene and first aid training/certification with evidence of CPD.
• Knowledge of food service, production and employee management.
• Knowledge of personal health standards.
• Experience in Food Service industry or large volume meal services.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of a commercial approach, devising initiatives to improve service to customers.
• Extensive experience of managing a catering service and leading a team in a high volume food production outlet.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills, professionalism, patience and resilience in pressurized environments.
• Ability to coordinate and organize catering personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and increased returns.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP.
