A.G. Enterprises in Qatar is seeking a Senior Casting Methoding & Simulation Engineer with 7–10 years in the iron and steel sector. You will lead sand casting projects, design gating and feeding systems, perform defect analysis, and utilize NovaCAST for simulations to optimize patterns and processes.

This is an urgent hiring with online Zoom interview options. Candidates must have mechanical engineering qualifications and be available for deployment in India for interview and deployment steps

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or related engineering required.
• 7–10 years experience in iron and steel industry or foundry.
• Strong practical experience in sand casting and gating/feeding design.

Responsibilities

• Work on sand casting processes for iron/steel components.
• Design gating and feeding systems; analyze casting defects.
• Perform NovaCAST simulations and optimize casting processes.
• Develop patterns and cores; improve efficiency and quality.

We are Hiring Senior Casting Methoding & Simulation Engineer for a Leading Iron and Steel Industrial Group of Co in Qatar

MODE OF INTERVIEW - ONLINE ZOOM

Qualification - B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Mechanical or related Engineering

Experience - 7 - 10 Years with exp in Iron and Steel Industry / Foundry

• Strong practical experience in Sand Casting (Ductile Iron, Grey Cast Iron, and Stainless Steel).
• Expertise in Gating & Feeding System Design and casting defect analysis.
• Hands-on experience with NovaCAST Simulation.
• Experience in pattern/core box development and casting process optimization.

NOTE - ALL CANDIDATES SHOULD BE AVAILABLE IN INDIA FOR INTERVIEW AND DEPLOYMENT PROCESS.
