Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business or HR preferred.
• 6+ years' relevant L&D/career-development experience.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counselling and professional-development guidance.
• Support individual career and development plans.
• Conduct employee assessments and identify development needs.
• Support career-path and competency-development frameworks.
• Conduct career-development workshops and awareness sessions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees.
• Support development initiatives for national/Qatari employees.
• Analyse career-development information and prepare reports and recommendations.
