Job summary

The Senior Projects Engineer will lead planning, design, tendering, construction and handover of capital projects in our real estate development portfolio in Doha. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, ensure quality standards, and provide regular cost updates to support asset value and operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Desirable PMP or equivalent professional certification.
Experience with international professional bodies preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage the capital projects program aligning with client priorities.
Coordinate design, tendering, procurement, and construction activities.
Oversee site progress, quality, and contractor performance.
Manage budgets, cost control, and CAPEX reporting.
Ensure regulatory compliance and proper handover documentation.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with FM, Legal, Finance, and Property teams.
