Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Business Continuity Management (BCM) professional to support the development and implementation of a comprehensive BCM framework. The role emphasizes strong hands-on experience with BCM, BIA, risk assessments, and crisis management, with a preference for public-sector exposure.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree with advanced certifications such as CBCI, CBCP or ISO 22301 Lead Auditor/Implementer.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of BCM experience
• Experience implementing BCM frameworks, policies & BCPs
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 standards
• Experience conducting BIA and risk assessments
• Experience in crisis management, emergency response and disaster recovery
• Experience planning BCM exercises and awareness programs
• Municipality/government/public-sector experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of a comprehensive BCM framework
• Coordinate with senior management and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement BCM policies, procedures and BC plans
• Lead BCM exercises, simulations and testing programs
• Ensure governance aligned with ISO 22301 and best practices
