Job summary

PPOAR in Doha, Qatar is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. You will collaborate with senior designers and project managers to create visually appealing branding, print materials, social graphics, and website layouts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in graphic design, 1–2 years of experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent English communication and the ability to work both independently and with a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience or internship in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality designs for branding, print materials, social media graphics, and website layouts.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design concepts.
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
