Job summary

Swan Global in Doha is seeking an experienced BIM Engineer/Coordinator to develop, manage and coordinate BIM models for construction projects. You will review 3D models, shop drawings and construction documentation while coordinating architectural, structural and MEP models.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of BIM experience, strong Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD skills, and proven clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil, Architectural, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience as a BIM Engineer/Coordinator in construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for construction projects.
• Prepare and review 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models and identify clashes using BIM software.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate with relevant engineering teams for resolution.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and BIM execution plans.
• Support the project team with quantity extraction, model updates, and construction coordination.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Maintain BIM documentation and ensure proper version control of models and drawings.
