Job summary

Arab Solutions is seeking a hands-on Senior Databricks specialist to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale data platforms on Microsoft Azure Databricks. You will own architecture, development, governance, and performance of the Databricks platform and its integration with Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of data engineering or architecture experience, strong Spark/PySpark skills, Delta Lake expertise, and a proven track record delivering

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in data engineering/data architecture.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
Strong hands-on experience with Apache Spark and PySpark.
Strong experience with Delta Lake and data governance.
Experience designing enterprise data platforms and data pipelines.
Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, deployment automation.

Responsibilities

Design enterprise-scale data solutions using Azure Databricks.
Define and maintain Databricks data architecture and platform standards.
Design data ingestion and integration pipelines from multiple sources.
Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and Spark.
Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, lineage, and governance.
