Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC system design and engineering, supervise installations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and mentor junior engineers in oil and gas projects.
• Allocate jobs to technicians, monitor progress, ensure timely completion, and maintain records while possessing strong technical knowledge and organizational skills.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and related equipment; diagnose faults and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare, assemble, and inspect mechanical/electrical equipment; document processes and support site personnel.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facility systems, ensuring compliance and safety while managing teams and maintenance plans.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair chillers, air conditioning units, firefighting systems, PAGA systems, or other facility systems as applicable; adhere to NFPA, NFPA standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain equipment records, develop maintenance strategies, and implement preventive maintenance procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support for oil and gas facilities management projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Electrical, mechanical, or related engineering/technical diploma/degree as per role requirements.
• Experience with HVAC systems, electrical/plumbing, firefighting systems, PAGA systems, or related facility maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance capabilities; knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Ability to coordinate teams, manage records, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
