Job summary

RecSeeker in Qatar is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and prepare financial records. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

You will be responsible for preparing daily journal entries, performing bank reconciliations, and supporting financial statement preparation. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting and minimum 5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of trial balance preparation and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record daily journal entries accurately and efficiently.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing the trial balance and reviewing financial records.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
