Job summary

Work in USA in Doha is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. You will manage all accounting operations, oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

You will develop budgets and cash flow forecasts, conduct month-end closes, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes. A CPA is preferred, with 5+ years of experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and local tax regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (SAP preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
• Monitor and analyze variances in budget vs actual expenses.
