Job summary

McDermott Middle East - Qatar Branch is seeking an Executive Finance Support to provide strategic financial support to the Qatar Location Vice President and Operations Head. The role focuses on turning complex data into clear, board-ready insights and dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and experience supporting senior leadership in project-based environments such as EPC or energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with CA preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience supporting senior leadership and operational teams in EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, Energy, or project-based environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to the Qatar Location Vice President and Operations Head.
• Prepare executive-level financial dashboards and board-ready summaries.
• Support reviews, business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Develop insights on project cash flows, collections, disbursements, profitability and working capital.
