Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an experienced cybersecurity awareness professional to design and deliver programs, campaigns, and training across diverse user groups.

The role requires leading phishing simulations, developing engaging materials, and aligning initiatives with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks to improve security behavior company-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant cybersecurity awareness experience.
• Proven ability to design and deliver awareness programs, campaigns, and trainings.
• Strong skill in creating training materials: presentations, videos, quizzes, newsletters.
• Experience planning phishing simulations and analyzing results to improve awareness.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• CompTIA Security+, SSAP or equivalent certification preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity awareness, security training, information security, or a related discipline.
  
• Proven experience designing and delivering security awareness programs, campaigns, workshops, and user-focused cybersecurity training.
  
• Strong ability to create training materials such as presentations, videos, quizzes, newsletters, and awareness communications.
  
• Experience planning and managing phishing simulation campaigns and analyzing results to improve employee awareness and behavior.
  
• Good understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST, including awareness-related reporting requirements.
  
• CompTIA Security+, SSAP, or an equivalent industry-recognized cybersecurity certification is preferred.
