About the role :

As a Security Agent CCTV and Access Control, you will be responsible for supporting airport security operations through various duties, including:

1. Conducting security-related activities within the Airport Security Operations Centre (ASOC) and terminal building.
2. Ensuring the correct deployment of contracted security agents in the field, maintaining required standards.
3. Deputizing for the security supervisor during airport incidents and being deployed to any workstation within the ASOC or operations as needed.
4. Reporting incidents to the Security Supervisor.
5. Following up on investigations carried out by agents, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information as directed by the Head of Security.
6. Performing surveillance duties within the ASOC via CCTV to identify potential unlawful interference.
7. Maintaining regular contact with MOI, immigration authorities, contractors, and airline customers through meetings or ad-hoc activities to ensure protection and high standards of service, safeguarding assets, equipment, and personnel.

Liaise and coordinate with external agencies and authorities regarding security and property protection through meetings and briefings to ensure property safety.

Qualifications

About you :

• Relevant vocational, tertiary, or trade qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Good command of the English language.
• Knowledge of reporting procedures.
• Knowledge of airport security procedures and regulations, law enforcement procedures, and their applications.
• Knowledge of IATA security principles and standards.
• Knowledge of current security technologies.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, applications, and concepts.
