Awfaz Global School in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Secondary Humanities Teacher to join immediately. The role requires delivering engaging, student-centred lessons, with a focus on IGCSE and AS Level curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related subject with a recognized teaching qualification such as B.Ed., PGCE or QTS.
• Minimum 5 years of recent teaching experience.
• Proven experience teaching IGCSE and AS Level Science.
• Good knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum, assessment requirements and examination preparation.
• Experience supporting students for whom English is an Additional Language (EAL).
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
• Currently residing in Doha, Qatar and available to join immediately.

Candidates must currently be based in Doha, Qatar and available for immediate joining.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic educator with strong experience in teaching IGCSE and AS Level Science, who can deliver engaging, student-centred lessons and contribute positively to the wider school community.
