Job summary

Want More is seeking a Seasonal Light Driver for a short-term posting in Doha, Qatar. You will operate a light vehicle, ensure timely passenger and goods transport, and perform daily vehicle checks.

The role requires a valid license from your country, at least two years of driving experience, and the ability to communicate professionally with passengers. Accommodation and visa are provided, with a round-trip ticket from your country.

Qualifications

• Valid light vehicle driver’s license from country of origin (Indian preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience as a light driver in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Doha roads, traffic laws, and regulations is preferred.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Good communication skills to interact with passengers professionally.
• Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading of goods when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a light vehicle to transport goods and passengers as per schedules and routes.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company policies.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections for safe operation.
• Report mechanical issues or accidents promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery to destinations.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when needed.
• Maintain vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and records.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
