Novel Overseas Corporation in Doha, Qatar seeks a Senior SAP Basis/NetWeaver consultant with 15+ years’ experience to support, upgrade and implement SAP NetWeaver landscapes. Strong MDG project background (MDG-M/C/S/BP/F) and SAP HANA expertise are required.

Solaris/Linux platforms experience is essential for this senior role. You will engage in end-to-end MDG implementations, system tuning, security hardening, and DR planning across ECC, MDG, and S/4HANA environments.

Qualifications

• Senior SAP Basis techno-functional consultant with extensive SAP NetWeaver expertise.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.00 EHP7 and SAP S4HANA projects.
• Minimum 15+ years work experience; 5+ years in end-to-end SAP MDG implementations and MDG operations.
• Experience with SAP HANA database, installation, patch updates, backups, DR and cloning.
• Experience on Solaris and Linux platforms.
• MDG solutions: MDG-M, MDG-C, MDG-S, MDG-BP, MDG-F; BRFplus and DIF/DEF workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintenance of ECC/MDG and NetWeaver landscapes (upgrades, installations, service packs, migrations).
• System performance tuning, security hardening and vulnerability management.
• Data model enhancements and data transfer implementations.
• Configure rule-based workflows using BRFplus; manage DRF data replication.
• Lead and support MDG projects across complex landscapes.

Job Description: SAP Basis senior Techno Functional consultant with extensive knowledge supporting, upgrade and implementing SAP NetWeaver systems complex landscapes, working experience in SAP ECC 6.00 EHP7 and SAP S4HANA projects. At least 15+ years work experience minimum, 5 years Solid experience End to end SAP MDG implementation projects and operations support experience in SAP MDG EhP7 & MDG 7.0/8.0 (Preferably 9.0), SAP HANA database. Required skills and experience at minimum as follows: Support and maintenance of SAP ECC/MDG and SAP NetWeaver landscape (upgrades, Installation, Service pack updates, migrations, system copy, and system Integration support). SAP systems performance monitoring and system tuning, SAP security hardening, familiar with Vulnerability management. SAP HANA working experience including installation, Patch update, backup/restore, system cloning, HANA user security, HANA database hardening. performance tuning, SAP HANA based applications support, SAP HANA backup restore and Disaster recovery. Supporting SAP systems running on Solaris and Linux platforms. Experience in multiple domain specific SAP MDG solutions (MDG-M, MDG-C, MDG-S, MDG-BP, MDG-F), Prior functional experience with SAP MM, or SAP FI modules. Expertise in Data Model Enhancement, Data Transfer (DIF/DEF), Data Replication Framework (DRF), Business Rules Framework plus (BRFplus), Experience in Configuration rule-based Workflow.
