Job Role Summary

The SAP Functional Consultant (Payroll & Time) is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with labor laws, and seamless time tracking.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement SAP Payroll and Time Management modules.
  • Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Optimize time tracking and leave management processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related system issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
Competencies, Skills, and Experience
  • Strong expertise in SAP Payroll and Time Management modules.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in payroll processing, configuration, and system troubleshooting.

Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications
